We as Fire Protection surveyors, carry out detailed Non Intrusive Fire Risk reports to Identify any voids and penetrations to compartmental walls or slabs as well as Identifying manual or auto fire detection/suppression). Passive (Compartmentalisation, fire resistance rated to walls & floors) that is required.All in line with current British Standards, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
